Chris, Steve and Jordan, great to hear from you guys. You guys each inspire me with your courage, cheesy as that may sound. Chris, you built a whole new life for yourself in Brussels and have been the globetrotter I wish I was. Steve, you're running for Congress for goodness sakes. That takes a tremendous amount of courage and confidence, and I hope to learn as much as I can from your journey. Jordan, you're fighting the good fight with VolunteerBIG, building exactly the kind of mission-driven business that I've been wanting to take part in. So it's such a delight to hear from all of you!

It helps to hear both of your perspectives (and your wisdom), Linda and Barbara. I know you both have had your share of big career changes and it looks like I'll be following in your footsteps. When I think about your careers, I realize that my pivots probably aren't as unusual or scary as they sometimes seem to me.
